FAQ – Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
– Glass baubles: from 240 pcs (BIG) or 500 pcs (BASIC PLUS)
– Glass toppers: from 300 pcs
– Custom glass shapes: from 1,000 pcs (mouth-blown and hand-painted)
How long does production take?
Usually around 5 weeks after print approval. Custom shapes need more time – please get in touch early (deadline for starting custom shape projects: May 30th)
Is there an order deadline?
Officially no – we try to deliver all orders in time for Christmas. However, since production takes at least 3–4 weeks, there is a natural deadline. We recommend contacting us as early as possible.
Can private individuals place an order?
No – we supply exclusively to companies, cities, organizations, and associations.
Do you ship worldwide?
No – we only ship within Europe.
What printing techniques do you offer?
– Screen print: ideal for single-colour motifs or elegant tone-on-tone designs
– Pad print: suitable for multicolour logos and fine details
– Glitter print: possible – the logo must be checked for feasibility
Note: We do not offer digital printing.
Do you offer glitter printing?
Yes – glitter print is possible in various colours. Please note: fine lines may appear altered due to the glitter texture, so the design must be checked in advance.
Can a screen print be applied all around the bauble?
Yes – a wraparound screen print is possible. However, beginning and end do not meet exactly; there will be a small gap of approx. 0.7–0.9 cm.
What format should the logo or design have?
Ideally as a vector file (.eps or .pdf). Alternatively, a high-resolution .jpg file can also work.
What is the print area?
You’ll find all exact print area dimensions (depending on bauble size and print type) in the download section of our website.
Can baubles be coloured in Pantone?
Yes – we mix our own coatings:
– From 1,000 pcs if we already have a mixing formula
– From 2,000 pcs if a completely new colour needs to be developed
Do you offer transparent baubles?
Yes – the colour “clear glass” (transparent) is part of our BASIC PLUS collection.
Do you offer different packaging options?
Yes – we offer a wide variety, including:
– Single boxes in white, silver, gold or ECO
– ECO gift sets with cardboard or plastic inlay
– Gift boxes with window
– Custom-printed boxes with individual designs
Can I buy baubles that were produced for other companies?
No – all baubles are produced exclusively for the respective customer and are not available for resale.
